Refund Policy

Summary: 14-day refund window from the date of payment if A1x fails to deliver the service or if the delivered service is materially non-functional and we cannot remedy it within 7 business days. Refunds are processed in cryptocurrency back to the originating wallet, within 5 business days of approval.

1. When you are entitled to a refund

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below. Refunds are available in two scenarios:

1.1 Service not delivered

If A1x fails to deploy your panel and deliver your first APK build within 5 business days of payment confirmation, and you have provided all required information from your side (branding choices, customer name, app-type selection), you are entitled to a full refund.

1.2 Service materially non-functional

If the delivered panel or APK is materially non-functional — for example, the panel does not load, the APK crashes on launch on a standard Android device, or core admin features documented in the service description are unusable — and we are unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of a written support request, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Recurring hosting fees

For ongoing managed-hosting subscriptions billed periodically, refunds for any given billing period are pro-rated only for the days remaining in the period if termination is due to a material A1x service failure that we have failed to remedy. Voluntary cancellation does not entitle the Customer to a pro-rata refund of the current period; the panel remains operational until the period ends.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@a1x-panels.com from your registered contact address.
  2. Subject line: Refund Request — [your invoice ID]
  3. In the body, describe the issue and (where applicable) the support tickets you have already opened.
  4. We acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and issue a decision within 7 business days.
  5. If the refund is approved, the cryptocurrency amount equivalent to the original payment is returned to the originating wallet within 5 business days. On-chain confirmation time is not within our control.

5. Cryptocurrency-specific considerations

Refunds are processed in the same cryptocurrency you originally paid in, returned to the originating wallet (as recorded by the CryptoCloud payment processor). The amount refunded is the cryptocurrency amount you originally sent — A1x does not reimburse exchange-rate fluctuations that may have occurred between the time of payment and the time of refund. We do not refund to a different wallet address than the one used for the original payment, for AML / fraud-prevention reasons.

If a refund cannot be issued to the originating wallet (for example, the wallet is no longer in your control), we may, at our sole discretion, require additional identity verification before approving an alternative arrangement.

6. Chargebacks & payment disputes

Because cryptocurrency transactions are settled on-chain and are not reversible by a payment processor, all disputes must be raised directly with A1x using the refund process above. Misuse of any payment-dispute mechanism (e.g. fraudulent allegations to CryptoCloud) constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.
